Clean and Colour Coded :)

  BMW M135i
Had it cc'ed a few weeks now just haven't been bothered to clean it to a presentable condition, so here it is in all its colour coded glory.
Looks so much better, rs grill sets it off nicely too.

In desperate need of some spare 1.6 16v badges to spray silver if anyones got any. Currently got the 16v badges from my old 1.2 on because the silver ones look so much better, though i'm sure theres some fun to be had from running round with 1.2 badges .

Also after an incident involving a petrol station, a kerb and my front nearside alloy i'm currently looking for 1 dynamique alloy or a set of 172 alloys. :dapprove:

Next stop xenons I think (if I can find some), and a viper methinks.

leme know if your planning on selling them silver 16v badges soon and if u r how much u want 4 them :)

looks good by the way mate. rs grill gives the clio a much more aggressive front end look.

  ST on the way...
Looks excellent mate.

Keep an eye on ebay for the badges, they come up occasionally, took me ages to find spares for mine.

for some reason 2.0 badges go alot cheaper than 16v badges.....but putin 2.0 badges on a 1.2 is just faggoty lol

Yep wasn't best pleased when I did it especially when it made the loudest noise in the world and everyone looked at me .

Was thinking about getting it refurbed but to be honest they've all got some sort of mark on them from when i've had them so they'd all need doing, i've been quoted £30 a wheel by the local chipsaway bloke though i'm not sure I want to spend another £120 on them when for a bit more I could find another mint set of 15"s or get some 172 wheels.

Have been looking on ebay for ages for badges, had one set on a few weeks ago but when I went to snipe it I wasn't signed in and I missed them, they only went for £6 too.
The annoying thing is theres loads of 2l badges on there but hardly any 1.6 ones. :dapprove:

Once i've got some 1.6 badges sorted you can have them for a fiver if you want them, one of the clips is broken off the passenger side one but it still holds on ok. They'll only be taking up room once there off, thats all they've been doing for the last 3 months.

Looking good, where did you get the colour coding done and how much did it cost? also how much did it cost for your new grill inc fitting?

  BMW M135i
Grill was a Renault job only £42, took about 5 mins to fit it old one just clips off new one clips back in.

Got the colour coding done by a girl from peterbourgh that a few people have used off here, just post the parts off and they come back sprayed, would have been £120 for the front, rear and side strips off my car but I had a spare set that needed more prep work so it cost me £180.

Had the handles done seperately a few weeks before and they cost me £20, fitting them is good fun though.

^^ The colour-coding looks spot on - good price too.
What kind of prep work was involved?
