Cleaning PC Pads

Is it safe to put them in the washing machine?

You can do and some do.

I have always got them clean in a bucket with fairy liquid applied direct on to the pad and hand washing liquid in the water, allowed to soak, then rinse well and allow to dry.

I did that last night with fairy in the sink but took ages! lol

If I do use the washing machine should they be safe? or am I better off handwashing to make them last longer?

Not having used the machine on them not sure, mine are all now over 12 months old and fine just with handwashing. I leave them to soak over night and rinse the next morning.

I'll stick with handwashing for the time being then, doesn't take that long really.
