Cleaning Plastic bump stops

How can polish marks be removed from these pannels, and whats the best product to keep them clean

I use AG Bumper care which works fine, put a small amount on to a pad and then buff off with a clean rag.

You will need something before the AG Bumper care to actually remove the marks as this will just cover them up.
