cleaning screens

what do all you apple fan boys clean the screen and outta shell with? My MBP needs a good clean but don't wanna use something that would ruin the sexy screen.

any screen clean or optical cleaning fluid lightly misted on... if its a gloss screen its easy...

apple sell wipes in store... but anything would be fine a lightly damp kitchen towel... just dry it after, and i mean lightly damp...

What about the cloth that comes with the MBP? I've got a few now as I kept them out of my returned MBPs

Autoglym glass cleaner I use in on my iPhone front and back
