Someone elp me please

I am trying to get Champ man 01/02 working on my OnePlus tablet and use a patch.

I haven't got a clue what all this geek stuff is but I got fairly far.

I think I have done most steps but when > load the game the screen is blank and I don't know how to use the patch?

Any tips much appreciated.
