Don't use Wonder Wheels it's too acidic, if mine are bad then usually AG Engine and Machine Cleaner otherwise soap and water does it.

Use 2 layers of JetSeal 109 to protect them.

My OZ F1's have got like baked on stuff at the ends of the spokes and its seriously hard to get off even scraping with your nail wont budge any of it, does anyone know what i could use to get it off?

The Engine and Machine Cleaner from AG is good stuff (non-acidic) but if you have stuff that won't budge, use the Engine and Machine Cleaner, then put some AG Clean Wheels on after. Just make sure that you completely wash it off...as the acid can attack your wheels.

Wonder wheels should be well diluted...as if there are any cracks on your wheel...this stuff will attack it!!!!
