Cleaning throttle body guide?

I posted last week because my car is playing up and we were going to clean the throttle body today. Someone posted a link to a guide which looked good, but I've just tried to open it again and it wont work. (http://sandpit.no-ip.com/clio/) I've had a quick search but can't seem to find a guide. Anyone know if there's any others?
