Clicking/Knocking noise

Right i have a Clicking/Knocking noise (its hard to explain) coming from what sounds like the passenger side of the car at the front.

Happens when im pressing the throttle hard or lifting off quite fast. i thought it was down to worn bushes on the arms but i think it may be an engine or gearbox mount cos i dont feel any movement through steering or suspension however, the gearstick is doing alot of movement and its causing the car to jump out third gear.

Can anyone ahed some light on which mount might be prone to failure first?

It will be engine mounts I think. Mine knocks in 1st when accelerating hard, think the dogbone mount needs doing, there doesn't feel to be much engine movement though.

yeah i was thinking that. mines the same, not much engine movement. that the twisted one underneath the car?
