Clicking noise from passenger seat

As per title, clicking noise from the passenger seat in my 172 is driving me insane, only does it when seat is not in use and just got 10 times worse since lowering. Anyone had the same issue? Is it just a case of the seat being loose?

Try shaking the seat while looking at the runners you will see them moving if thats the case, both my seats where loose just tightend the bolts up.
