Clicking noise with windscreen wipers

I've got a clicking noise in / around the glove box on my 182 when the windscreen wipers "wipe". It happens when they have completed each swipe. Sounds like an electrical switch?

Anybody have any ideas what it is?

It's supposed to be there.
It's the wiper relay IIRC.

I can't stand this damn clicking anymore! Its driving me insane with my wipers on ALL the time due to this weather.

How do I get to this relay so I can either wrap it in sound proofing or try and search the internet for silent relays.

Take it of auto wipers it goes away then.

My hazards used to make this clicking noise to but then one day it just suddenly stopped and never came back!

Don't know what happened to the relay.
