Well talking of CV joint's, I had a problem with my fiesta turbo that when I turned right there was a vibrating & it didn't occur when I went left or straight (it was a bit more than clicking though).
Anyway to cut a long story short, about a £1k of parts & labour later I found it was the main engine mount had gone & when I was turning round a right corner, the g-force of turning was causing the engine to move away from the driveshaft, so one of the CV's was then vibrating as it was only semi engaged.

It depends how loud your clicking is, but it might be something catching or rubbing if it isn't loud.

Def. sounds like a cv just starting it's to go.

I've got an itermittent clicking when breaking, esp. in stop start traffic jams. Told the mechanic at service and he had a look, found nothing wrong and couldn't hear it himself. Anyone got any ideas?
