ooo tricky one but would be mint if you got it sorted. Then you could shove it right up their arse.
There should be a backup of the sam kicking around.....maybe you can get to that without admin rights? What about a key logger of some sort.....then hope that they log in at some point. Also what raid level is it? If the OS partition sits on a raid 1 maybe someone could yoink a disk and you should be able to look at the files?
