clifford remote problems

hello, had a concept 300 fitted 3 months ago and the arm/disarm button on my remote doesnt seem to work any more but the other buttons are all fine some times it works and sometimes it dont (usually when im out!)

Any one got any ideas where i stand with the warranty will they just replace the remote or will i have to argue my point?cheers people

not sure mate i had trhe same problem with my clifford 300 about a month ago! its a year old now like, but button didnt do anything, i opened the fob up played about and its worked since?

yeah i was gonna do that but i thought as its only 3 months i might as well try and get a new one cos they must have at least a year warranty surely i no batteries will run out but probly not this quick!do u find it well annoying that u have to press 3 buttons before u start the car?quality alarm though, did u get any extras with it i just got the basic!

I got the Concept 300 on my 1.2.. with Dual Zone Proxes..

MINT alarm - only thing which is slightly annoying is you cant disable the dual zone proxes without unplugging it or putting alarm in Valet mode.

Anyway, the fob - take it back.. should get a new one.

its just normal concept 300 as far as i know m8, it was on car when i got car, got all docs etc of fitting

yeah im gonna take it back on thursday hope fully fingers crossed the fob wont work but any money it starts to work again but they probly wont believe me!but ill just have to argue my case as i got stuck at lakeside the other day for an hour well annoyed then it started working again!never know they might give me one of the new g5 remotes with a blue light!

nah sorry mate although theres a williams 3 in clacton but i fink it belongs to fatboy saw it at work the other day so jealous but mines the same colour!

aaah well im sure ill have one one day, they just look so good just standard not many cars do but that one does i dont really like body kits just suttle mods and a good stereo!

i havent got a clue how low a williams is compared to a normal clio but im going for about 40mm all round on mine next week should handle better and look alot better as the wheels dont look connected at the moment!

i think the reason why they look so good standard is that u dont see very many unlike other cars like a saxo or corsa (not abusing saxos) u expect these cars to be modified alot cos theres so many really done up!

but the saxo is still a wikid car!and uv got both thats just lucky!
