Clio 1.2 courtesy car

  Rangerover Supercharged

Quick message to all 1.2 16 Valve drivers, got to say im quite impressed, took the cup into reno today for some major work and have been driving a 1.2 all day, really nice to drive and pretty quick off the mark, the bugger even has air con which ive realy missed.

So apologies for all the times ive taken the piss in past posts.

i had a 1.2 for 2 days had 13 miles on the clock when picked up

it made me feel sick going around corners and the clutch is just way too light and the steering my god lol engine was ok i suppose aslong as i didnt want to get anywhere too fast :) oh but it has just as much room under the bonnet as the boot lol

I tried to drive my mums Brand new 1.2 16v and the clutch is very light. I found it hard to drive after driving my (lead boots) clutch 1992 1.4. lol

Just a quick note. The normal 1.2 16v not sport range ie dynamique, extreme, billabong are pretty crap to drive, suspension too soft and the steering lacks feel.

The sport range is a big improvement. Thats why Im on my second one.
