Clio 1.2 with Renault sport seats?

Hey, I've recently acquired my new car which is a 2004 Clio dynamique 1.2. The seats in it are extremely grimey and was wondering if I could change all of the seats to the sports seats (front and back)? It's a 3dr by the way.

Yep, interchangeable.
