Clio 1.4 16v Really low oil and low coolant

Misses came home yesterday and said the SERV light had come on and the oil was flashing on the trip computer.

Oil had dropped to below min line and needed about 3 litres to top it back up. Also noticed the coolant had dropped to just below min line.

There is no white smoke, milky oil or oil in the coolant. Engine hasn't overheated this morning after she drove it to work. I'm going to get her to check the levels again at about 10am.

Is this a headgasket failure or is it about to happen?

When was the last time it was checked?

About 2 months ago after I had the inlet manifold off to clean the throttle body and also changed an injector.

Guess just keep an eye on it. Head gasket isn't very common
