Clio 172 roof rack compatability

Hey everyone,
I'm looking to get roof racks for my 2003 Clio 172. I've found some genuine Renault roof racks, that supposedly came off a 2015 Clio. Does anyone know if these would be compatible with a 2003? Have the Renault roof racks changed at all between those years?
I've attached a picture of the roof racks for reference.

I wouldn’t have thought so as roof shape has changed massively. But am happy to be corrected.

That was my initial thought too, would anyone know the model number of the Renault racks that fit?
