Clio 197 Bumper

Hi, I have a Clio 197 that i have had for a bout 2 years however i am wanting to get a new rear bumper, my school friend has a regular mk3 clio he was wondering if my old bumper and diffuser would fit onto his car, i have had a little look and seems like he would also need a new exhaust but if he got exhaust would i be able to fit it for him?

The std mk3's aren't as wide as the 197's
