Clio 200 cups.

Car  M2 Competition
Been looking at Clio 200 cups. Storm grey or green, must have wheels and seats, and be as standard as possible. Looking for something fun to run/ track for the summer while sorting a flat purchase.

Anyone know anything about/ had a look at these?

This looks alright other than price, but I'd imagine there's some leeway as have no px etc.

The below one was detailed by Russ zs a few years ago but I'd guess it's moved on since then. I noticed that the headlights have been swapped to black ones, has badges missing etc.

Then there's this one in scotland;

Any thoughts? @Daniel ?

I'd love a Trophy otherwise, but those on the market are either rotters or dream money. Best I've seen is 11k... what?!

Out of those three I like the one from Leicester because projector lights.

But, why do you specifically want a cup?

Why not a standard car with the cup suspension, wheels and seats?

I think they look better without? Maybe as all of the press cars I've seen have been without, and with they're a little max power?

I think he had the projectors retro fitted, as in the detail thread it didn't have them. I don't use it to commute, and I'm not fussed on air con etc. It would just be a weekend toy for hooning about in. I like the lightweight ethos of the cup. But if a full fat 200 in grey appeared with those options I'd be interested...

Does it have to be a Cup?

I've just bought a Racing Blue 200 with cup suspension and I absolutely love it.

Can be had for less than £6k.

I know. My realistic budget is 8. It's a bit of a 'I've always wanted one of those' for summer things.

Otherwise I'll lease a Golf R, or PCP an m140i or something similar. Have you got a picture of yours?

The one in Leicester looks nice and a specialist has done the belts. And it's a private sale,so good bargaining tools with wheels needing a refurb and the brakes
