When engine is off car selects all gears fine but when engine is running its really difficult to get it to go into gear.

Clio 200 Gear selection. When engine is not running goes into all gears fine. Once the engine is started becomes very difficult to get into gear.

They are well known for difficulty in selecting 1st and reverse
Or is it all gears? This is a 55k car with the clutch and gearbox syncros being recently done. all gears from cold....

Bleed the clutch and change the oil over to redline mtl
