clio 2014 expack ,electric mirror not open

My new renault clio 2014 expack ,electric mirror not open with remonte control key but the mirror closed with remonte control key,also the wing mirror not function

Check all fuses, if theyre fine it sounds like the something could be wrong with the motor or a fuse within the mirror housing. I know with hondas they use a SOD (shut off device) which tend to go bad. Not sure if renault have something similar
