Clio 4 RS hubs on a normal TCe

Do the 5 lug hubs of an MK4 RS bolt onto a the suspension of a normal TCe or does the rest of the suspension have to be changed?

Lower arms are different as is the front shocks so I'd assume you would need them as a bare minimum and probably the shafts, brakes, arb etc

Wouldn’t it be easier to get some spacer converters made up. 4 stud to 5 stud.
