clio alternator help or advice!!!!!!!!

hey guys, need some help on my clio alternator. it is a l reg 1.8 rsi. on engine start up i am getiing a loud squealing noise and as the engine gets warmer it seems to get quieter and then eventually disappears, seems to be coming from the alternator or very close to it anyway. i have changed the belt and had it tensioned but its still there. any ideas guys?

alternator belt needs adjusting might have slipped again also the pretensior bolt may be on the way out hence the squealing and slipping of the belt again.
best get it to a garage to get it checked etc mate.

cheers guys been a big help, i was going to buy a new alternator and fit it myself to save a bit of money, what do u think as the noise seems to be coming from the actual alternator?
