clio expression headlamps & mud flaps

Hello to all, ( new here today )

I have just got a (06) clio 1.4 16v expression,

I have bought two mud flaps for the front end, to hopefully stop splashback etc. I got to mud flaps & six screws , self tappers ? Is this all that i need ? ( i cant fathom howyou would fit them & to where ?

also i bought new headlamp bulbs for a straight changeover,,, but someone said it will have to go to the main dealers to have the bulbs changed ? Is this true ?

you will have gathered now, that i am hopeless with cars, with the exception to driving them.

Is that No,,, dont put mud flaps on ?

Is than No, I dont need to go to a dealer, to change bulbs ?
