I have my MOT soon, I was wondering if it could fail because of the amber emissions light being on before starting the engine?

Also my glovebox light is dead, is that something else it could fail on as well? Its failed before from the boot light not working, so I just wanted to make sure.

Is this a wind up?

if you mean by boot light the number plate light then it’s a legit fail. Glove boxes aren’t tested.
