Clio iii Centre Console and Dash Strips- How to remove- any ideas??

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to remove the centre console and dash strips from a clio iii, im thinking of wrapping them in carbon fibre.

That link tells you how to do it but you won't be able to it unless you're a paying member. Worth the £12 if you intend to stick around for a while.
