Clio limp mode

Hi all,
Just bought a 2001 Clio Alize 1.4 petrol automatic, every now and then whilst driving I get a gearbox warning light appear on the dash and the car goes into limp mode, after pulling over and stopping and the restarting the engine the car runs fine until the next day usually. Took it to a garage and they put a fault reader thing on it and said it was " oil pressure regulation" he topped the gearbox oil up too. The problem still happens.does anybody know how this can be fixed ? Any advise would be appreciated thanks

It could be one of many things, get the ecu connected to diagnostics, otherwise, you will just throw Money at it.Sensor/abs ring, there is a long list of suspects.

I thought I had , the error was " oil pressure regulation" ?
