Clio mk2 clutch replacement help clutch guide tubes ??????

Hello all at the moment I agreed to replace a clutch for my gf on her 2004 Clio 1.2 16v dynamique , split the gearbox away from engine clutch wasn’t worn to rivets but the clutch guide tube was in pieces about 2.5 cm of thin tube left the thrust bearing together but in bad shape . What I’m asking is can you replace the clutch guide tube from inside the bell housing and where can I get one from it looks like the smaller tube to bigger tube type as I see no bolt holes for the flange type ones . Anybody any ideas . I haven’t taken the sub frame off split it in situ . Any advice would be grateful
