hello, need to know how to remove the top dash from a clio mk2 ph2 1.2 16v, i need to change a bulb as one has gone behind the dash.... anyone know how to do it ???
pretty easy. pull the rubber door sills off around the top so you can Pull the plastic covers off that go up the sides of the window screen and are tucked at either side of the dash. Then pull of the dash strips and pop off the cover around the steering wheel. Unscrew the torque screws along the front and the 3 in the vent right at the front of the dash by the window screen. Open the doors and Pull out the 2 plastic pins on the side of the dash. Should be completely free then (9 or 11 screws all in total iirc) then sit in the middle of the car and hold on to the front vent thingys and push down and pull at the same time and the whole will just come off.
Hope this helps. Sounds like a huge job but only takes like 15 mins
