Clio MK2 rear wiper question

If I buy one from Renault, is the rear wiper arm comes with whole piece include the blade (see pic)? How much are they in Renault?

Yep its a whole piece as such.

dont put 1 on, take the whole thing off, will look much better and stops the rattling noise!
