Clio RS 200 gearbox removal

Hi guys,
I am trying to find out above removing my clio RS 200 gear box. Thought maybe someone might have some tips/manuals/ideas that would help?

As I've not got got a 2/4 post lift I just pulled the engine and box out in one go, I found that much easier than wrestling the thing in and out on the deck. - If you have the space and tooling that's what id be doing
