Clio RS Tuner help!

Hi all,

I recently purchased a Clio 172, which is great however, it came with an RS Tuner box with a map apparently all ready to go but I'm really struggling to set it up on my laptop. I've attached some images of the messages I'm getting, hopefully someone can help.

Also I'm not even sure it is an RS Tuner box, it could be anything for all I know. I've looked at the faqs and installation videos but no luck.

Any help would be great. Thanks
