Alternatively bob in to a local renault dealer and take one for a test drive.
OTher wise I can't think of/ find a company that will rent you a Renault Sport for road use.

Rather than go down the finance road, I'm saving some hard earned cash. I've got about another 6 months of saving to probably get a well loved 197. I've test driven plenty, just want to feel the love for a weekend on the road. Tracks don't interest me unfortunately, but thanks a lot anyway.
