Clio Sprinkler System!

  182 FF
Hey peeps, it appears my clio has lost one of its balls!.

By this i mean one of the headlight spray marbles that direct the fluid has jumped ship. I went to renault and they said you cant just buy another ball. So i have the whole arm and ball, but they said i would have to drop the bumper to fit it. Is this true?

Don't think you can but just the ball, and yes it's bumper off to replace them.

They don't get washed when they work lol, complete waste of time.

Could always disconnect them both, quite a few people do that, I did before i had them replaced at cambelt time (When the bumper comes off)

Have you ever had your car mopped, i am looking for some pictures or results, i can get a three stage mop and polish for £70 but not sure if its worth it as i clay the car every year.

Does the paint have swirls/defects that need to be removed? Have you seen proof of the work this £70 quote has done? Basically if the car is swirled to f**k and needs marring removed then it's worthwhile but only if you know the person doing the work is skilled.

Most bodyshops tend to rush through paint correction and either take off too much paint, don't remove the defects, introduce more defects or in the worst cases burn through the paint at the edges of panels so choose the person who's doing the work carefully.
