Clio starting Problems

my mk2 X reg 1.4 clio has been having startin problems for the past two weeks. It only happens when its cold ie evry morning, so once i have it started it will b fine for the rest of the day.

The engine jus turns over and doesn't start but can usually get it to start after trying on about the 6th time ish.

The battery has been recently changed along with the spark plugs so its not them.

any ideas?

Check the TDC sensor and the coolent tem sensor.

Hi,

Did you manage to fix this problem? Mine has recently been playing up, sometimes it starts fine whereas other times it starts and cuts out and sometimes it will just keep ticking over until it starts.
