If you buy right, chances are in 1,2,3+ years down the line, if you look after it, you will be likely to get your money back if not more. Then for what you have paid for insurance, tax, servicing etc, that would be the depreciation of a new car. This is probably the sole reason I bought it. Plus there isn't many for sale, therefore, if advertised right, more than likely won't be for sale long.
And We all know for a fact, what new, sub £15k car (I'd even say £25k) will get the looks, attention and admiration that the V6 does.
Iv just litterally poped to the supermarket for some BBQ burgers and beers (yes I'm making the most of the weather) and had a couple who must have been 45 ish, asking if it was a Megane sport. I kindy pointed out the it was infact a clio, just like the clio that they had only a crazy version. Probably stood for a good 5 minutes talking to them then went on my way inside. Had a cheeky look back, and he was over by it taking a photo. Silly things like that are what makes this car what it is.
