has any one bought the clip diagnostics units from ebay & were they any use? I i want to switch my air bag light off.

If you are buying a clip from Ebay or off line and its under £1500 you are buying a cheap chinese copy and not the genuine item.
If you are not careful i believe you can do more bad than good.

Bought mine two years ago. Saved me hundred in bills.
You can configure airbags easily with them but be careful as you can also screw up a lot of stuff if you don't know what you're doing. I wiped my ecu file once

Fake. Works no problems.

nope. You can change settings on one though. Auto wipers, RAID etc.
