clutch problem

Just put my engine back in my car and have connected it all up and is running beautifully. but the clutch pedal is so light and does not appear to be doing anything to the clutch? i.e does not move the clutch fork??

what can I do?

have you actually looked at the clutch fork end to see that it doesnt move? can you get gears? does it drive?
