clutch travel high

hi, ive got a mk2 facelift clio and the clutch pedal is really high. its got an adjustyer underneath by the pedal but apparently its self adjusting? any help? also i wanna lower on 16" 172 wheels? how low should i go? thanks

It does self adjust an there always high as such. the adjusters can break but they are all high.

How low do you want to go dn't forget what advertised isn't always what you get and isn't the same as other products ir 60mm springs might cacth and rub on cornvers but with coilover at the same high the roll will be less and won't catch.
