Clutch

Iv got a mk1 1.2 clio and the biting point on the clutch is about a cm off the floor but it doesn't rev its nuts of when pulling away, does this sound like the cable or the clutch itself?? cheers!!

well the biting point is just off of the floor but it doesn't strugle when pulling away, is it the clutch or the clutch cable?
