Best bet is some Meguiars Scratch X and a folded Terry towel to add more bite. Dont expect miracles if they are anything more than minor though.
Work in small sections and make sure you work the product till there is little or nothing to wipe off. That way you know it will have doen the job. Will take more than one application per area and lots of elbow grease to do a whole car by hand. I gave up and brought a PC in the end!

the car is black, but you can see the swirl marks in the bonnet mainly especially in the sun,
