Easy enough to do??

I've got the light on and it used to go off come MOT time! but it seems to be all all the time now! so looking to code it out without messing it up.

Any guide about?

First clear any airbag fault codes (Take a photo of the faults that pop up)
then go into the command mode
Then configuration
This will give you a list of options within the air bag ecu
Scroll the list and enter each option that matches the fault code in step 1
for example CF223 - Drivers side thorax airbag, with in here it should give an option for "Required" With/Without
Change to the required option
Press the blue button
Wait for command finished
Cycle car power and see if that fault disappears.

Repeat for each one that needs to be disabled.

This might be quite a rough guide as it's been about 10 or so years since i last did it

@.Joe bang on.

Official manual says your supposed to lock airbag comp when changing config but ive done it with and without and it doesnt make any difference from experience. I just send it.
