Coil Pack? or...........

Car starts and ticks over nicely, no problem when revving in neutral.
If driven gentle, all seems ok.
The problem starts when I try to put my foot down a bit, big hesitation at low rpm, under 2k, then takes off and drives fine higher up the rev range.
Other posts lead me to the coil pack/leads.
My question is whats next to look at if it not solved by pack/leads

After pack/leads it's spark plugs and injectors.

Exactly the same issue I had, replaced plugs, coil pack and leads and better than it was before - the plugs were disgusting, bought new plugs but a used coil pack and ht leads
