coilovers

fitted my coilovers sat and there rubbing abit! might be a silly question but what way do i need to turn them to rise the ride height? clockwise as in up?
just to save me the trial and error technique.

Is it the tyre thats rubbing against the spring?

if so you might need some spacers to pop the tyre out abit,

nah its just to low and rubbin on the plastic in the wheel arch.
