on my mk3 ive put 45mm lowering springs on it and the ride is so uncomfy sometimes :/ would coilover be comfier and what is the cheapest price for them? Thanks.

Comfort and Cheap don't usually go hand in hand tbh.

as above, you get what you pay for. if you want it low and comfy then you need $$$
