Coldstart/TDC Sensors

My Mk1 Ph3 needs both of these replacing! I've got to do it 2morrow as it's stuck on my driveway at the mo & will not start!

Anyone got a rough idea of what each of these sensors cost just so i know how much i'm gonna have to shell out?
