collinite opinions?

Just got some and will apply after AG srp. Anyone used poorboys inbetween the two?

Gold Tin? Don't think I've ever seen that.

Gold tin is 476. Lasts forever, but my God don't over apply it or you'll never get it off.

It mutes the flake pop in metallics and dulls the finish of most other colours. It's great, however, for unseen painted or metal parts (suspension, engine bay, door shuts etc) but that's as far as I'd use it.

Blackhole is superb. But the results you achieve with it will be muted by the 476.

Got to be honest u didn't like the collinite, pita to remove if left for any length of time.

With the weather generally becoming colder and wetter, I'd prefer the protection of collin to dodo juice, even if it dulls the finish.

I always use collinite 476 as the winter wax, only after doing my iceburg 172 with it and the results are very good.

I know, I was being sarcastic

I did think 485 at first but a quick google showed me wrong haha, it is good though has lasted me about 2 years so far, adds a nice gloss IMO, and lasts well. Only thing I'd perhaps say is it doesn't bead amazingly well once the car is quite dirty but then I have never used a highly rated wax to compare it too. You saw the clean beading in the 'show us your beading' thread .

I like the 915 nearly finished off my tin perfect for me as i dont wash my cars often and not into the detailing malarky...lasts a long time and looks really good
