Company Holiday/vaction Systems

What does everyone else use to manage holidays in your companies? We have an inhouse system that is a pile of sh$t and needs replacing.

System needs to be integrated into AD for a company of around 100 users. Need to be able to enter holidays/training days/working at home days, etc. These then go for approval to the users manager and once authorised will get added to a notification lists' calendar in Outlook.

We have just fully implimented Staff Planner, its got amazing capabilities but barely anyone can work out how to use it. Updates Bradford Index automatically and sorts out holidays left etc.

Are you able to submit holiday requests, get them authorised, view team/company holidays?

We have sharepoint but use only a few of it's features.

We use Witness. It can do a lot more than just holidays but I think that there are different licenses for different purposes. Good product though.
