components or two ways

Im going to replace the speakers in my 99 clio and wondered which is best/easiest, im only putting a set of alpines in, so not likely to be entering competitions just want to improve the sounds a bit

Two-way = easiest

Id go for components every time,not so easy to fit, but sound quality is much better.

dito - although imo alpine speakers are not great - but defo comps

go for components - only a few extra wires and finding somewhere for tweeter/crossover.Its worth the extra effort.

i dont think you will notice a massive difference if running from a head unit, if running from an amp, thats a different story!
