Computer, dust, etc..

Right got a new computer.... nice gaming rig....

Basically... I keep my room real tidy, but still just seem to get so much dust attracted to it. My old one used to get cleaned inside every few months.

Any hints? Its actual on the floor on the carpet (although the case has slight legs)

You can buy fan filters that sit behind the fans. So instead of hoovering your pc you take the filter out and clean that.

No way around it I'm afraid, either you dust inside or as has been said get some filters.

Bloody things. Mine gets dusty even when it's off!

If you're going to leave it on the floor at least put something flat a solid underneath, so it's not sat straight onto carpet. I used to use a big reference type book, but laminate shelves of things like that will work too.
